We ship our vertical gardens systems and accessories via parcel post. For this we use PostNL or DHL. We always pack our packages as sustainably as possible.

If you order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, we aim to ship it the same day. However, it may happen that this is not achieved. We will always inform you in that case.

The actual delivery to your home depends on how busy the parcel carriers are. Normally it is delivered in 1-2 working days for the Netherlands and in 2-3 working days for Belgium.

Please contact us as soon as possible at klantenservice@junglescape.nl. We will then try to change the order for you.

You can create your own vertical garden with us. You can do this by using the vertical garden configurator. Would you like to personalize the delivery address or the name in the manual? Indicate this in the name on the delivery address. We will include this in the manual and on the shipping label.

We make every effort to make our products as good as possible. However, it may happen that a product is not to your liking or does not meet your expectations. We offer a standard 30-day money back guarantee on our vertical garden systems. Within these 30 days you can always return free of charge as long as the products meet our return conditions.

Should you wish to return a product, always send us an e-mail first at klantenservice@junglescape.nl.

We will then work with you to find the best solution and send you a return label free of charge.
